Ready for a complete wet lapidary shop in a tabletop
unit? The JB Pro Grinder is heavy cast aluminum, with an
adjustable-flow water system that can be used with direct
plumbing, drip tank, or a submersible pump to recirculate
water. The grinding wheels and sanding drum are set up
all the time, allowing you to move through all the
grinding, shaping, and polishing steps without stopping
to change accessories. The heavy-duty 3/4" arbor has three
wheel stations, each with its own adjustable drip-valve.
The right hand wheel-station will also accept the
expanding drum and 6" aluminum polishing head, all
belt-driven by a 1725 rpm, 1/3hp Dayton motor. The
right hand wheel station is drilled and tapped for 1/4 - 20
thread size disk accessories. Complete system includes
100 and 220 grit 6" by 1" wide silicon carbide grinding
wheels, a 6" by 1-1/2" wide expanding drum with 220, 400
and 600 grit wet/dry finishing belts, plus a 6" leather
polishing disc and one tube of diamond polishing compound. If you're
serious about lapidary work, this is the unit for you!
