Sodalite, with its marvelous combination of light and dark
blue, grey, and white, is one of the most popular stones
for tumbling. It can be tumbled alone or in combination
with rocks and minerals having a similar hardness
(Moh’s 5.5-7). Our Sodalite Tumbling Rock consists of
three pounds of rough that’s sized and ready for your rock
tumbler.
Each bag contains approximately 35-50 pieces; each piece
weighs approximately 30g; pieces vary in shape
and color, but are generally the size of a quarter.
Sodalite is a
wonderful ornamental stone -- whether rough or polished --
and it makes a perfect decorative accent in gardens, pots,
