Labradorite is named after its principal locality, the
Labrador Peninsula in Canada, and is classified as a
feldspar. Difficult to photograph because of its ephemeral
beauty -- with colors changing from luminous grey to
flashes of iridescent blue, green, and gold -- Labradorite
is a popular mineral for beads, cabochons, and carvings.
The 16" strand of Faceted Labradorite Rondelles we offer
contains approximately 135 beads, each approximately 4-5mm in
diameter and 2-3mm in thickness. Scroll down to view Related Products.
