Serpentine is formed when olivine (peridot) breaks down and
forms in metamorphosed basalts. Our Serpentine Tube Strands
are a combination of several shades of green, from
pale lime to dark moss; the stone also may include
markings of white, black, or yellow. Serpentine is thought
to promote good luck and to help people achieve their
business and personal goals and fulfill their desires. It
is also a powerful healing stone. This 15-1/2" strand contains
about 60 beads. Each tube is about 6mm long and 3mm to 4 mm
in diameter. Serpentine looks great alone or in combination with other
beads.
