Citrine, is a variety of quartz. It ranges in color
from a pale yellow to brown warm tone that seems to
have captured the last glow of autumn. The yellow color
in citrine is caused by traces of iron in the silicon dioxide.
Our Citrine Tumbling Rock consists of three
pounds of rough that’s sized and ready for your
rock tumbler. It can be tumbled alone or in
combination with rocks and minerals having a similar
hardness (Moh’s 7). Each piece weighs approximately
30g-50g, from a quarter to fifty-cent piece size.
Citrine is known as the "success stone" because it
promotes success, prosperity, and abundance.
In the mental area, citrine is said to enhance mental clarity,
confidence, and will power. It also increases creativity and promotes honesty.
In ancient times, citrine was carried as a protection
against snake venom and evil thoughts. |
