At the ripe young age of eighteen, Anne Marie moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to work as a make-up artist. She quickly took interest in henna body painting, and quickly lost interest in the world of make-up, opting to move back to Albuquerque to start her own Henna business.

Henna artistry, jewelry making, collage, mosaic, and sculpture began to weave its way through her life as she worked on her degree in Anthropology and taught Yoga. Focused primarily on jewelry making and pendulums these days, she still makes the occasional collage or sculpture that can often be found at the Mama’s Minerals arts and crafts fair in the summer.
