If you want to know SHIPPING COSTS before completing your order, add the item(s) you want to your cart, then go to the VIEW CART section located at the bottom left-hand side of the screen and click on "Shipping Estimate." Fill in the "Ship To" information and click on the UPDATE button. Estimated shipping costs will appear in the same section. You can estimate shipping costs on one item or many.
If shipping charges seem excessive (especially on international or airmail packages), call us toll free at 1-877-WE ROCK U or email us to make inquiries. We may be able to make alternative shipping arrangements. Be sure you let us know which item(s) you want, as well as the shipping address (including a postal code, if you have one).
If you're able to find an item on our Web Site, but not the price or details, try clicking on the picture or the link in the associated description to get to that item's detail page.
If you're looking for something very specific on our Web Site, try using our search engine.
If you tried to use our search engine to find what you were looking for, but it didn't work, it could be because it doesn't work well with some of the older web browsers. You might try another search, using a simpler form of the word you're searching for (e.g., "bead" instead of "beads" or "beading"). Or just drop us an email or call us toll-free at 1-877-WE ROCK U from 10 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time to find out if we have what you're looking for, and where to find it.
Each time you add an item to your basket, you will be redirected to the shopping cart, so you can see what you have added so far. To keep shopping, click "Continue Shopping" and you will be returned to the last page you visited.
If you want to place an order quickly and know exactly which items you want, use the search engine. Enter the name of the product for which you're looking and when the search results come up, select the "Add to Basket" button.
