Metaphysical Properties: Blue calcite is thought to be an ideal stone for soothing emotional challenges. It is believed to aid in emotional protection and stimuli reduction.
Mineralogical Properties: Blue calcite is the most stable polymorph of calcium carbonate. It is found in Mexico. Trace elements (such as: iron, magnesium, manganese, silicon, and strontium) cause color variation in calcite.
